We automatically monitor every Eero network. We get notifications when you have an outage, or if you even have a single Eero go out or get unplugged. Our system lets us watch your Eero network and alert you quickly. If the internet goes out, we know when it happened and often why, whether a power outage or a service interruption, often before you do.

How long does an install take?
A TV, a few speakers, or a Wi-Fi fix is often one day. A whole-home system is scheduled after we walk the house, and the timing follows the work.
Do you work on new builds and existing homes?
Yes. On a new build we prewire before drywall. In a finished home we use the attic, the basement, and small openings so the patching stays limited.
What happens after the install?
We show the household how it works, then come back to fine-tune. Monthly service is available, and SoulCraft E.M.S. can watch the Eero network.
Can the family run it from an app?
Yes. Sonos, Lutron, Ring, and Eero each have an app. We set them up and walk through them with whoever will use them.
Does a smart home need new wiring?
Music, TV, cameras, and solid Wi-Fi work better with wire in the walls. We tell you what should be wired and what can stay wireless.
Can you watch a second home for freezes and leaks?
Yes. Cameras, leak sensors, and temperature alerts reach your phone while the house is empty. That is common on our lake and mountain jobs.
How does pricing work for custom work?
Smaller visits are quoted as service calls. Larger projects get a written proposal after we see the house. You see the scope before we start.
Which brands do you install?
