Who installs Apple Home in a custom home in Atlanta?
SoulCraft Systems does. We plan and install Apple Home in custom and new-construction homes across metro Atlanta, North Georgia and Western North Carolina. That means an Apple TV or HomePod as the home hub, Thread-ready devices, eero Wi-Fi to carry it all, and wiring done before drywall so a wall-mounted Apple home hub has backing and power where you want it. Do you do pre-wire?
Yes. SoulCraft designs and installs low-voltage pre-wire for new builds and renovations. We plan network, TV, speaker, camera, doorbell and shade wiring with you and bring it back to one rack, so the house is ready for the technology you want now and later. Call 404-590-7685 or send us your plans.
Do I need a control system, or is Sonos plus Lutron plus Ring enough?
For most homes, Sonos plus Lutron plus Ring is enough, and it's simpler to live with. Each one is a proven product with its own easy app, and you aren't locked into one dealer's proprietary programming to make a change. When something needs attention you call us directly, not a call center. We'll tell you honestly if your home needs more.
What areas do you serve?
We serve metro Atlanta, North Georgia, Western North Carolina and Lake Keowee, South Carolina. That includes Buckhead, Chastain Park, Sandy Springs, Decatur and Alpharetta, the Lake Burton, Lake Rabun and Clayton area, Highlands and Cashiers, NC, and Lake Keowee, SC. We hold low-voltage licenses in Georgia and North Carolina (GA LVT305289, NC SP.FA/LV.37584).
Do you work on lake houses and mountain homes?
Yes. Lake houses, mountain retreats and second homes, from Lake Burton and Lake Rabun to Lake Keowee, SC, are a big part of our work. We lean toward fewer electronics, proven products and connected monitoring, with Starlink where cable doesn't reach, Ring cameras and alarms, and eero Wi-Fi you can check from anywhere.
Do you offer ongoing support after installation?
Yes. We stand behind every install and stay your direct contact afterward. SoulCraft Services covers day-to-day tech support and Network Care when you want an ongoing support plan.
Do you work with builders?
Yes. We do low-voltage pre-wire and design, licensed electrical, and Jobsite Connect cameras and Wi-Fi for custom and semi-custom builders. Bring us in at plans and selections, before framing, so device locations, the rack and shade pockets can still move.
